  Went through the drive-thru and had 4 separate orders for my staff. They accidently put fries instead of onion rings in 2 of my meals. I called and spoke to the General Manager Kim and she asked where my clinic was so she could have her staff deliver 2 fresh orders. Within 10 min the Manager of the location delivered the onion rings himself ALONG WITH A HUGE order of cinnamon rolls!!!!!!!! I was absolutely amazed by this service!!! Definitely recommending to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Every time I come here I am very disappointed. The food is always cold most usually the fries. Today I had to wait in line 20 minutes just to get my chicken strip meal. I asked for a lot of ketchup when I ordered and when I got my food there was none. Extremely disappointed with this location and if nothing changes I will not be back.

  Friendly service, the staff was so nice. The food was great! I haven't been to a Whataburger in twenty years. Thank you to the Whataburger in Shawnee OK for an awesome experience.
